- Child under 4 years old sharing bed with parent is free of charge.

- A complimentary baby crib can be provided on request and subject to availability.

- Extra person policy: Additional charge at THB 1,200.- extra bed per night.

- Extra bed is available for all room types, Maximum 1 bed in the room.

• Notice 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation and amendments made less than 7 das is subject to a one-night charge.

Period 01 Nov - 28 Feb (Except Peak Preriod): 

• Notice of 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation and amendments made less than 14 days is subject to an equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount.

Peak Period 24 Dec - 05 Jan:

• Notice 21 Days prior to arrival, cancellation and amendments made less than 21 days is subject to 100% of the total stay amount charge.

No-show and Departure date:

• The penalty charge 100% of total amount will be applied.
